Facility is a few steps from the Kumamoto Station entrance. Easy for making day trips and accessing the city. Trams get the guest to city attractions and excursions easily. The staff is top notch, well-trained, highly respectful, courteous, efficient, and capable. Breakfast was ample and delicious with great variety. Onsen was modern and well-maintained. With a private entrance, the hotel occupies the top three floors of a high-rise shopping mall.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL VERY GOOD VALUE/HIDDEN GEM - Absolutely gorgeous accommodation for our 2-night stay. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Honestly from the moment we walked into the check-in desk, all the staff there are so welcoming and lovely, very helpful and easy to understand ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Very good & convenient location, closest to the station and shops right near it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Amazing facilities e.g onsen (Public Hot spring bath), spa, fitness room, laundry, vending machine, beautiful garden view, also smoking area!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ - Very big and generous clean sized modern room with a stunning bathroom and all the amenities that you need ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Observatory deck is a stunning view of the city & the mountains, the shopping mall is connected to the hotel which has 2 level of restaurants and 3-4 levels of shopping (so many choices!!) ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The Blossom Kumamoto has become my go-to hotel whenever I visit the city. The location right next to Kumamoto Station is unbeatable—super convenient for trains, trams, and local buses, with shops and restaurants just steps away. The rooms are always spotless, stylish, and thoughtfully designed. The bed is very comfortable, and I love the modern bathroom with its rainfall shower and deep soaking tub. After a day out, the public bath is a relaxing bonus that feels more like a quiet retreat. Staff are polite and efficient, and the whole hotel has a calm, peaceful atmosphere that makes you feel at ease from the moment you walk in. It’s everything I look for in a stay—comfort, convenience, and a touch of understated elegance.

The Blossom Kumamoto is conveniently located right outside the JR Kumamoto Station. It gives you easy access to the tram station and train station to get around. It is also located right above AMU Plaza should you need to do any shopping. The staff are welcoming and greet you enthusiastically when they see you at the lobby. The breakfast buffet staff also recognised me and would usher me to the seating area I preferred. That definitely added to the homely touch. The breakfast spread was sumptuous and had a good mix of local food which I appreciated. The public bath had a sauna which made it really relaxing to go to. The room was spotless and well-designed. The layout enabled me to open my luggage and still have space to lounge, eat and watch the view. Worth it!

A very nice and peaceful hotel near the main railway station. The location is about a half-hour walk away from the city centre. The staff were incredibly polite and nice. The overall atmosphere is very relaxing, with a huge inner courtyard filled with water and trees. The public bath was not congested at all, was clean and was a perfect way to relax after days full of walking. The view from our corner room was incredible, especially at night. The room was very spacious and the bed was comfortable. Overall, we are very happy with our choice to stay here and getting a king room. Would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

Excellent location. Just next to the JR station and connected to the AMU mall. This helps us to stay dry throughout our move from Fukuoka to Kumamoto hotel when the region is experiencing heavy rainfall Mall connected offers great F&B offerings. There's also One Piece speciality shop, Uniqo, GU, supermarket, pharmacy, etc. The food court in the mall also had great offerings and an area for small kids to expend energy. On the same level, there's an arcade and paid indoor playground too Hot bath was a bit small but sufficient. Facility is clean. Breakfast at hotel is excellent too. I'm deeply appreciated for the hotel staff for letting us to check in early when seeing us having a sick young kid in tow. That really helps a lot and allow our child to be able to have a proper rest in the room (instead of in stroller) while fighting a fever. We will definitely be staying here again with such considerate and kind staff and all the other points stated.
